Today 27 March, at 5 pm, our Master will have the pleasure of hosting a lecture by Fernanda Faini, head of legal and regulatory assistance on digital administration, technological innovation and open government at the Tuscany Region. You collaborate in the disciplinary field “Law and new technologies” at the University of Bologna (CIRSFID) and in the teaching of “Legal IT” at the University of Florence.
You were part of the Task Force on Artificial Intelligence promoted by the Agency for Digital Italy.
She is the author of the recent volume “Data Society. Governance of data and protection of rights in the digital age”, published by Giuffrè.
