This afternoon we will have the pleasure of having Prof. Andrea Simoncini, full professor of Constitutional Law at the Department of Legal Sciences of the University of Florence as a lecturer. He was an assistant at the Constitutional Court and received the Fulbright Distinguished Fellow at the Notre Dame Law School (USA).
He is the author, among others, of the essay “The unconstitutional algorithm: artificial intelligence and the future of freedoms”
